Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our processing center.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
